WHERE
ARE THEY NOW?
Since
the inaugural CCM All-Star Hockey Game in 1999, a plethora
of players have been drafted by NHL Teams including the
latest from the 2005 NHL Draft. T.J. Oshie (24th overall
pick by St. Louis Blues), and Matt Niskanen (28th overall
pick by Dallas Stars). In 2004, Alex Goligoski (61st overall
by Pittsburgh Penguins) was drafted joining fellow 2002
Iron Range teammate Andy Sertich (136th overall by Pittsburgh
Penguins). Jay Dardis (177th pick by NY Rangers), and Adam
Johnson (NY Islanders) were the first two players to be
drafted back in 1999.
